"Extremely courteous, professional"
"Just cannot say enough about how Rogier handled all aspects of the sale from start to finish. Extremely courteous, professional, and also a great sense of humor which we really appreciate in a person. "

"Rogier went above and beyond in helping us find our first home"
"We were in the market when the market was still crazy and finding a home in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Cincinnati was daunting. He made the entire process easy for us and kept our best interests in mind the entire time. In this market, a lot of people settle and overpay for houses, but Rogier wouldn't let us settle for a house that didn't meet our needs or overpay for a house. Instead, he told us to be patient and he put in the terms that would give us the best price to get the home. In the end, he found us a house we adore in the neighborhood we love. He was great at communicating and negotiating. Even during the closing day he had the sellers fix a small problem we had found during the walkthrough. Rogier was with us every step of the way and we could not thank him enough for helping us find a home."
Jeff, Hyde Park
"If you are an analytical person who appreciates details, Rogier is your man"
"Rogier was recommended by a local lender and after my initial call we instantly meshed. If you are an analytical person who appreciates details, Rogier is your man. He was patient with us as we went through the process as first time home buyers. He never pushed us to make a decision we were not ready to make. We really felt like Rogier was for us at all times. He is a true professional and expert. We are so grateful we had such an exceptional teammmate in finding our forever home. I highly recommend him as your agent!"
